Learn to Program Hardware with a Pi Zero

With just a $5 Raspberry Pi Zero and an additional $8 in components, you can create an engaging platform for learning how to code hardware. This straightforward build features various inputs and outputs that interact with the real world, making it an excellent hands-on project for beginners. The platform includes components such as LEDs, a push button, a slide switch, a temperature sensor, a photo sensor, and a piezo speaker, all connected to the GPIO pins of the Raspberry Pi. These elements provide a diverse range of functionalities, allowing you to experiment and explore different coding concepts. To learn more about this project and see it in action, be sure to check out the slides from my presentation.
